Phandalin

Over the past 200 years, the mining town of Phandalin has expanded massively, shipping tons of iron, coal and wheat to New Neverwinter The shrine of Tymora has expanded to an entire chapel The Miners Guild now has massive influence over the politics of the town The current mayor is Calvin Wester   The entire town is controlled by the Phandalin Coal, Iron and Rail company, established in early 1694 from the miner's guild. Everyone in the town is employed by this company, and are paid in scrip, rather than typical gold. In this way, the company ensures that noone can build enough wealth to leave for New Neverwinter   In the land between Neverwinter and Phandalin, the Phandalin Coal, Iron and Rail company has employed the use of several debt peons to work on the Neverwinter-Phandalin Railway; the first railway in the world, working on the designs from Joe Michaels and under the leadership of Maxwell Thompson.
