Helm's Hold
A small fortified town of 300, with a cathedral dedicated to Helm, god of Guardians and Protectors. A faction known as the Order of the Arcane Eye run the town, and watches for threats from Neverwinter Woods. They are mostly comprised of paladins of the oath of the watchers
