Chapel of Sardior
Connected to the larger temple of Sardior, this chapel trains psionics around Neverwinter, and also tells fortunes (in exchange for donations for the temple). They mostly keep to themselves, but do have outreach programs.
The ruby disciples (the temple's militant clerical order) don't leave the larger temple, so the smaller chapel is protected by local psi warriors, often trained in the chapel.
