The preeminent bank of New Neverwinter. Run by Richard Caldwell and Caelynn Navarra, it offers loans and stores the wealth of Neverwinter's elite.
They make huge amounts of coin by working directly with the Enlightenment Assembly to provide loans to the most promising inventions of the Machinists Guild, and then collecting a healthy profit afterwards.
The city of Neverwinter itself owes a vast debt to the bank, and the interest on their loans alone has put a huge amount of pressure on the economy. It's not uncommon to find graffiti in Heapside calling for "death to the banks".
