Sabah the Conqueror is the Great Sultana of Asvathas and is known as the Sword of the West. A hero of the desert elves, she took her people from being in a state of tribal warfare and petty fiefdoms into a unified empire threatening the stability of the continent. Growing up as a shepherd and weaver of one of the many tribes that made up her decentralized region, she learned the basics of survival, combat, and bartering. After accompanying her aunt on a trading trip to Almavira, she gained a sense of wanderlust that the chroniclers say will never be satisfied. She took her combat training more seriously and grew to be a skilled warrior of her tribe, participating in raids and battles, earning herself renown among her people. When a tribal chief took credit for her accomplishments, she responded by challenging him to single combat, he then lost his head over the matter - literally. Many rallied to her crimson banner and she soon became a warlord. However, she wasn't satisfied merely carving out a strip of sand where she could be known as the shiekha and rule over a rabble of elves - she wanted more. Her hordes crashed upon the continent, conquering in all directions until there were none in her way except the most powerful of kingdoms and the sea. With ambitions that have rocked the continent and still more war to unleash on her neighbors and beyond, Sabah has a near singular opportunity ahead of her to change Sol forever.

If there is good to be done, Sabah will try to do it. However, this is more so her personal inclination than a philosophy. Given her view of good, evil, heroism, and cowardice, she would likely have more respect for a villainous sorcerer than a cowardly do-gooder. Better to be brave and bold in your villainy than cowardly and pacifistic in your virtue. In other words, while she values good and evil, she considers great deeds and bravery to be far more important and worthy of her respect. That isn't to say she turns a blind eye to evil, of course, she simply sees them as her enemies to be crushed in an honorable conquest rather than a sad tragedy.
