The Green Veil is led and maintained by 7 “Lords and Ladies” hand picked by The Sapphire Collective. While they maintain a well kept veneer of professionalism and industry, as with most politicians corruption seeps in and secrets are held behind closed doors.
- Ellas Shahana (Elf) Long time friend of the Jouvelle Brothers and the Dockmaster of the Highfire Shipyard.
- Thessalia Daetris (Half-Elf) The second cousin and earpiece to House Jouvelle, her collection of spies keep eyes on everything happening around Lower Swancall. She owns and operates the courier system across Swancall.
- Bulgan Buordud (Half-Orc) Former leader of the notorious Gru’umash Gang. He is now the Sheriff of The Green Veil.
- Knirwyrm Wipnoll (Gnome) Owns and operates the stables that litter the Pilgrim’s Ascent.
- Dak Dumo (Satyr) Owner and Proprietor of all of the inns located on the Pilgrim’s Ascent.
- Theodore Clayhanger (Halfling) Owner and Proprietor of a chain of general goods stores built on the Pilgrim’s Ascent alongside his husband Edevard.
- Edevard Clayhanger (Halfling) Owner and Proprietor of a chain of general goods stores built on the Pilgrim’s Ascent alongside his husband Theodore.
