Vulcan Construction
A construction conglomerate that rose to prominence rebuilding cities damaged during the Second American Civil War, Vulcan is the powerhouse that has reshaped the country with its staggering arcologies, luxe living suites and dirt-cheap tenement blocks. Having partnered with the House, they are currently rebuilding parts of Neo Vegas that were damaged during the FSA attack, as well as refurbishing and expanding several prominent casinos on the Strip. Their work crews are gangs in and of themselves, and they take pride in muscling out or co-opting independent outfits wherever possible. When a group of Vulcan blue-collars arrive at a bar after a long day of work, people clear space for them… not out of love, but out of caution. A network of bribery schemes permeates the day-to-day operations of Vulcan, and they aren’t about threats of violence to ensure they have the land and resources to get the contract done.
