Specializing in drug production and cracked VR experiences, driven by greed. They are very selective with their membership, they recently moved into Sunrise and seek to dominate the drug trade in Sunrise. They used to operate out of an abandoned community centre in North Las Vegas but were forced out due to a conflict with the Ghuls, and have since been moving into new territory to capitalize on the drug trade.
Their latest speciality is Sand, a potent, cheaply mass-produced narcotic that offers an hour of blissfuly euphoria followed by shooting pains and intense light sensitivity. They also collect illicit VR records and deal in thrillreels and killreels; recorded first-person experiences of death-defying stunts and adrenaline-pumping encounters that sometimes leave the recorder dead.
