The Lakes

A green paradise, kept immaculate by a host of paid servants. Many of the estates here are owned by the Cascadian Accord, who send their dignitaries here to live and work in Neo Vegas. Crime is virtually nonexistent here thanks to round-the-clock patrols, and fanciful armoured limousines sweep in and out of the gated district to ferry the wealthy patrons to The Strip and back.
