Merrick Slater
A longtime acquaintance of Marina Vera, Merrick Slater is a black market scavenger and gun dealer. He operates out of his beaten-up van, making deliveries to locations all across Neo Vegas. Most of the weapons he sells are still marked with the insignias of the Free States Alliance, and many suspect that he has a crew of scavs that make regular runs out into the hot zones outside Neo Vegas to pillage the shattered remains of the invading army that was routed during their attempted annexation of Neo Vegas.
