CitiGov
Neo Vegas's city government, tasked with ensuring the megacity's functionality, habitability and commercial viability. They handle public utilities, educational institutions, administer funding to emergency services, and work with the megacorps who can't be bothered to handle such petty tasks.
CitiGov is also relentlessly corrupt, riddled with ladder-climbers and backstabbers, and shamelessly focused on advancing corporate interests over the health and well-being of the Neo Vegas citizenry. Some within government still try their best to look after their charges, but they rarely last long enough to make a difference.
