The Mythyandian Council
The Council of 5
Since the end of the War of Ages, the Mythyandian people have been led by a concil of 5 great families that each distinguished themselves in the War. Prior to the War, there was no ruling body over their people, and the lack of organization was truly felt upon their invasion. Now that they have set up a leadership, the people of Mythyandia can bring their concerns to the Council if the Great Family of their region is unable to help.
The Mythyandian Council is comprised of:
- The Crudorai Family used to be Eladrin, but because of prolonged distance from the Feywilds, now more closely resemble their High Elf brethren. The High Lord Nalaris Crudorai is the Crudorai Family's council seat-holder and he serves as the acting head of Council.
- The Galinaster Family are another family of noble Elves. Although they had a lower place in the pecking order that the Crudorai in the Feywilds, they have become social leaders, many of the surviving family members aiding in the escape from the Miridian Empires crusade. The council seat holder for the Galinaster famil is the old Elamyr, who was one of the first generation of elves born on Neihadar.
- The Sovetorin Family are a powerful group of Aarkocra that distinguished themselves in the War of Ages as strong spearmen. Currently the Sovetorin family's eldest daughter holds the Council seat- Klaiass Sovetorin.
- The Spiritclaw Family are Leonin that distinguished themselves during the War as large financial backers, helping to supply Mythyandia with the arms and armor they needed to keep pace with their Dwarven allies. Their Council seat-holder is the young Kior Spiritclaw, successor to the Spiritclaw Family.
- The Minmendi Family are Harengon most known for their efforts in the sealing of the Dwarven tunnels and their leadership skills used in escorting those who had difficulty seeing in the dark underground tunnels. The current head of family and council seat holder is Thaddeh Minmendi III.
