You can identify him easily since he always wears his coat and hat, is almost always smoking a cigar, and his Familiar "Piper" usually rides on his right left shoulder. Another identifying feature of his is his rifle named "Juniper Magnum" thats almost as big as him, almost as if it was meant to be wielded by an orc...

The only physical quirk he has is his that he always has his hands in his coat's pockets... although... his weight doesnt match his physique...

Oliver has some kind of flaw with his magic that makes him unable to cast magic normaly, needing an item, or "vessel" to store his magic to to use it using Magic circles.

Oliver is always seen with his black coat and cowboy hat, smoking a cigar and his pet cat Piper on his shoulder. As for accesories, He usually wears a giant rifle (for his size) on his back and has 2 holdsters for his revolvers on his waist.

Oliver doesnt have many "Achievements" unless you count the bounties hes been able to pull off. Appart from that, the only other thing that can count is the fact that he attended the college of Neighbright.
Failures & Embarrassments
Nothing major has happened to Oliver to cause him embarrasment, but for failure, he does considder not being able to help Juni to be his biggest failure, which he is trying to correct now.
Mental Trauma
For mental trauma, oliver was too young to recieve any trauma from leaving the Land of Wanderer's, but loosing his father to the mission to help the people of Neighbright did give him some issues that he worked through along side Juni.

Normally, Oliver is a dumbass, but when it comes to strategy and just plain ol knowledge, its usually a good idea to hear out the short one.
