Alderwood Meadows

Arboryn is home to Alderwood meadows an idyllic village that holds a couple of sinister secrets but is otherwise a simple subsistence community. Among travelers along the The Grey Path it is a popular tourist area. Recently it has become a particularly fond destination for the wartorn refugees from The Fold, beloved for it's agrarian charm and slow way of life. It remains a consistentant exporter of domestic supplies and food in the greater community. Although it lacks a traditionally trained academics, scholars and mages, it has a reliable and robust network of herbalists, doctors and druids for creating medicine and treating illness. Becoming exposed to the outside world, there is a tight coalition of locals that want to limit the number of expats and industrialists that are allowed to perform buisness in the realm for fear of overwhelming natural abilities of the shard, taking lessons from the likes the Barrowchalx.
