Thokk takes the appearance of a dwarf, and gave craft to mortals. He taught them woodworking, stoneworking, metalsmithing, jewelry, bone carving, glassmaking, leatherworking, papermaking, pottery, etc.
He is the brother of Nymera, Godess of Art.
