Light Fish

This fish is quite small. The biggest ones are the size of a palm. They are often seen in groups of 5 to 15, and emit on their back a powerful colored light. The color is chosen randomly at birth, and stays the same color until the death of the fish.
No one knows exactly why and how this light is made. Some thought it was used to communicate, before they saw that the light did not change with time. Maybe the light is used to tell the identity of the fish.
The light seems to have a magical origin, as the blood of Light Fishes have some magical proprieties that other fishe's blood do not have.
This fishes only live in the Xeg Sea, as the salinity of the sea is the only they survive in. There are a lot of them in the sea, giving the sea color¹.
