The Citidel
Deep in the Belkan Mountains, lies a mountain some confuse for a puffing volcano. Once travelers get close however, they will see, long, a Dwarven style carved bridge leading a massive carved face of the The Forge Light. The roads to this bridge are long and treacherous. Those who venture here are drawn by stories of walking machines and a repository of knowledge beyond any they had heard of. This, is the Citidel.
The Citidel is home to the Forged Order of the Machine Spirit. Here they have amassed a library of knowledge and a research laboratory that dwarfs any on the continent. It is almost a college that specializes in every subject that could ever be conceived. The Citidel has libraries, vast archives of tomes and scrolls of study, Arcane laboratories, botanical gardens and crop fields in under ground green houses, forges as far as the eye can see and am observatory. Any knowledge to be gained eventually ends up here.

A home, fortress and repository of information and study by the Machine Spirit
Alterations
Since it's use as a foundry of warforged has ended, the Order of the Machine Spirit has converted much of the assembly lines into other spaces. The largest of these was converted into the Hall of Expanding Answers, their primary storehouse of tomes and scrolls.
Architecture
Everything is either made of the stone of the mountain or steel supports. All in Dwarven styles.
