Nation of Romalia

Considered by many to be the Capital of the Empire, it is where the Grand Council of Nine meet when the time comes. It is mainly considered this due to its central location in the Empire. The large cement buildings are covered in Marble to make it seem like they have found a way to build bigger and better than anyone before them. The style of building is more or less uniform across the nation as well as the Capital city of the same name. The tall concrete walls surrounding the city haven’t been breached in over 200 years. They only joined the Empire due to sharing cultural heritage and thus saw this as a continuation of their once proud and powerful Empire that briefly united the continent. The Nation is ruled by Jarl Justinian, Master of Knowledge. A very well read Half Elf Wizard who cares deeply about his knowledge of the arcane as well as alchemy. He often gives lectures at the college with his former apprentice, Tara Nailo.
