The Pipes
Describe a geographic location beneath the surface - what can you find lurking there?
Below the Streets of Grand Cluster is a secondary highway -- the sewers. Here, gang members scribble their tags one over top of the other trying to lay claim on their turf, while street artists lay down layer after layer of glowing spraypaint trying to out-paint each other.
The sewer sections of the pipes start and end periodically, with rough hewn caves dug out by hominids to connect parts of the city.
This is where the player can find the Painter, desparately trying to create the masterpiece that will finally earn her fame and respect.
