LEDs

LEDs, or Light Emitting Decapods, are tiny crustaceans whose shells are covered in small cells containing luciferin. This allows them to glow vibrant colors. Groups of them are programmed to arrange themselves in complex designs and patterns. To the species, it's a way of identifying group from group. For the robots who use them, they make for eye-catching business signs.
