The Cartaz
A criminal organization operating in the southeast areas of Rayas, specializing in creating, stealing and trafficking illegal and forbidden goods.
Each region has their own initiatives and practices for dealing with the activities of the Cartaz, however, they are notoriously hard to track down and bring to justice. Nothing is known about the organization's owners, members or other connections and they use complicated contact chains to operate and avoid detection.
