Session 0 The Creation of Heroes

After escaping the clutches of Maxemillion Gobbelgooseburry the 5TH the mayor of the large port city of Marienburg, our heroes had no choice but to go on the run.
The 3 unlikely strangers became quick friends, a dwarven cleric, a pirate tabaxi and a human barbarian, all bound together by the same objective tp avoid the wrath of the insulted noble. As faith would have it they turned out to be a pretty good team as they travelled together, helping people out in exchange for coin along the way.

Eventually they ended up in Calden, a small settlement built around a monastery. This is where the friends took on their first big job. For months the monastery and it's people had been tormented by a nearby clan of goblins who'd made their home in the nearby forest. The brave party ended up driving the goblins off and being handsomely rewarded for doing so.
They were given a place to rest and as much food and wine as they could consume, needless to say this had been a mistake on the monastry's part as they had gravely underrestimated the appetite of all 3 members.

So after overstaying their welcome in Calden and blowing through most of their coin, the party decided to finally move on.
This is how they ended up in front of a notice board in the nearby farmer's town of Scheinfeld. It seems the people of Scheinfeld were in need of aid. The men wasted no time and accepted every since quest on the board.
Thus starting a new adventure!
