After many disagreements between the two groups of Elves, the elves broke out in fighting, the victors banished the losers to the east, where they became known as the eastern elves.

Although the disagreements are forgotten, it is known that there were many, and that the last one was at the end of the boiling point, and from it came war between the elves. For four years they fought, with many terrible things happening between each other, but finally they stopped, and the losers were all banished to the eastern forests, never to return. This marks the beginning of the Western Elves and the Eastern Elves. And although they were in constant contact through trade and minor conflicts, the easterners were never truly aloud to return to the west.
