Ankan and the Abreth finally came out of hiding and began to corrupt the people who spread north.

The Abreth began to secretly corrupt the people who traveled north while the Waesws were south with the others. Their plan was to corrupt the people living in the north and attack the southern Waesws while they weren't expecting it, however, they were discovered by the crew of the Maryebwae only two years in, but Ankan managed to corrupt all but one.
