Qualifications
They are the most pious, wisest, and greatest monk in The Monks of the Sun and Moon.
Requirements
Must be enlightened, or closest to enlightened amongst the monks.
Must be the wisest of the monks.
Must be a believer in The Waesws.
Duties
They keep the temples safe from outside influences as well as from internal heretical ones.
They keep the different temples pious and true to their founding beliefs.
