Egwovíf

Originally called "Engwvíthbeth" meaning "Dragon's wing". It was named such because of the hill along the north side of the city was believed to be formed out of the old wing a dragon. The creature was flying over the area in a battle with another dragon when its wing was torn off and it fell. Over time, dirt and rock covered the wing, and thus formed the hill, referred to as "Maltengw" (Dragon hill).   The nearest town is south, the city of Gekazōn, which was founded by slaves who broke free from their owners in Egwovíf and fled south just before the rise of Mekstad.   Many in Gekazōn call the town Líhítítas, coming from their old name for it being "Ilíhítektítas" literally translating to "To curse us", but means "Those who curse us."
