Origin of Namu'nii

The asteroid carrying the forest guardian Namu'Nii landed on Nakut'yun and gradually turned this planet into a habitable environment.

Origin of Namu'nii

Before this point of Nakut'yun's lifetime, this planet was uninhabitable due to the distance from Naji for the better part of its orbit and then the proximity to Naji in the tail end of its cycle. This planet lacked a survivable atmosphere and with what it had it was just trapped in toxins that cycled to the backside and eventually froze over. Because of Nakut'yun and its position in its orbit, one side was frozen with ice made up of toxins that came from the baked side facing Naji.

At this point of time an asteroid crashed into the planet, creating Odis' lake, the force that the asteroid had caused to to burrow through Nakut'yun's brittle surface to the center of the planet containing water. This new found exit point created a geyser of the water. With the help of Od's mountains the water managed to stay and slowly create rivers in the shadows.

Within this asteroid carried a small but sturdy seed. With the creation of rivers and the flow of them the seed overtime grew weak and finally opened. At this point the seed had reached the center of Nakut'yun. It is assumed that it got caught which caused it to start growing in a now "stable" place.

This seed is what is now known as Namu'Nii. A few years had passed and Namu was growing into a large tree that supported smaller trees creating a small forest. With in the time that had past Namu had created a more suitable atmosphere allowing for creatures to exist.
