General currency comes in the form of coins for the most part. The most common in Casteidan being:-
Copper Crowns
Silver Bits
Gold Dragons
There are rare Platinum coins too, for higher values and beyond that, banks and nobles can draft specific valued notes. In some places they use 'Tin Farthings' also. (Farthing means quarter. There are 4 farthings to a Crown)
