Therefore, if a living creature in range that you can see falls to 0 hit points or less, you can allow this creature to succeed a death saving throw that she would have otherwise failed without Mortisia’s intervention. This will inflict you necrotic damage equal to 10 minus your caster level. If you cast this spell more than once before completing a long rest, you have 25% cumulative chances to die instantly without any death save and without chance of resurrection.
