Pokémon
While not many know this, Pokèmon are actually one species, and the different kinds of Pokémon are just subspecies. Pokémon are interdimensional creatures, although they are most commonly found in world C-1996. Some popular examples of Pokémon subspecies are Pikachu, Charizard and Arceus. They have the rare ability to change size, making them able to fit in so-called Poké Balls. They can also use attacks known as Moves, that are effective on opponents depending on the Moves element. Pokémon also have special Abilities, that can let them become more powerful in battle or even change their Type.
