MadHatten
MadHatten is a city located in the steppes. Irrigation from the river has made it a prosperous farming land. The residents live in a centralized plateau, with homes carved out of the cliff side. The living population is only in the barely at 5,000 with many individuals living on rural farmland. The actual city itself is more of a hub for scientists and tourists. MadHatten is the most rapidly growing city in Mytheria, and there is the beginnings of city development on the plateau. There are growing tensions between developers, the local dragons, and the locals. There is going to be a symposium of ideas in the coming months, causing flare ups between progress and tradition.
MadHatten gets it's name from the shape of plateau, which resembles a top hat.
