Fal nép, also known as tree-folk, are a type of golem native to the woodlands and most of the grasslands. They were said to be created by Mozdul'Erdok, who used the bark of various types of trees to form husks. He then put pieces of His essence into their empty chests, granting them life and sapience.
These gentle giants (most are) are most recognized for their connection to natural elements,—mainly wood, earth and flora—philosophical nature, and most of all, their practice of floral symbiosis.

No mushroom, yay! Okay, almost no mushroom, at least the focus is not on them. I love the concept of your tree giants. They remind me a liiiiitlle bit of ents. Are they somehow also connected to the gates, as you wrote they are golem as well?
Thank you!! Just googles ents and I can see the likeness :O
And no, these guys aren't connected to the Gates. There are specific golems that guard them.

I love the concept, a great spin on the prompt and they truly seem like a fascinating creature. Furthermore I adore the sort of spiritual and religious overtures they've attached to this unique process and their symbiotic relationship, I can absolutely understand that reverence they hold, given the connection it provides them with their environment and community as well as the many boons it can grant them. This is really good, well written!!!

Ahhhh thank you so much!!!! <3 I'm so happy I went with the tree-folk and it created lots of other ideas!
(Also, this line, "given the connection it provides them with their environment and community as well as the many boons it can grant them," makes me want to explore potential downsides of this symbiosis >:D)
