The White Dragon
The White Dragon
The Dragon is said to fly south every year, bringing winter in its wake and seeding snow with its frosty breath. His home is in the Wastes north of the mountains, in the land of perpetual ice. He is cruel and merciless towards mortals, and is feared rather than worshipped.
The White Dragon is the bringer of snow and frost, and Winter is his domain. The Wastes are eternally under his influence, and thus are home to a great many monsters and evil spirits. Similarly, Winter is seen as a period of time when it is in control of the land, and the other spirits’ powers are lessened. Most people stay inside during this time and pray to the other spirits to wake up and end winter early.
Some cults and evil creatures revere the White Dragon, and they tend to refer to themselves as Snowfell.
