Feantur: Keeper of the Dead
Feantur (a.k.a. The Keeper of the Dead)
The eldest of the twin Masters of Fate, Feantur keeps the Silent Halls, where are the Houses of the Dead. He takes the dead spirits of all creatures, Men, Elves, or Orcs it matters not, and places them in his Hall located on the Edge of Night, as far westward as one can get in the Immortal Realm. None escape his inevitable grasp, and he knows the hour of each death. He takes no pleasure in this, he simply knows that all things have their end, and all things eventually come to dust. Though he knows the purpose of those who wait in the Halls, as well as all other things which shall be, he will never say. Because he knows the future, he is the Doomsman of the Great Powers, but only pronounces judgement at the bidding of Eires. His Sylvar continually roam the earth, and are known by many names, and are feared and hated in many places because of the twisted imitations of Tirzaan. In the rare cases he appears himself, Feantur takes the form of a tall, pale, thin man with long dark hair and hollow eyes, dressed in black and grey. He carries no weapon, but is followed by a deathly chill, capable of stealing one’s breath and stopping their heart. He bears no animosity towards mortals, however, and feels a great pity for them, for they fear the unknown, and death is both unknown and inevitable, and he does his best to make their spirits comfortable.
Due to the nature of Feantur, worship of him is not widespread, and he is more often feared than revered. Some soldiers and warriors pray to him not to take their souls yet, and family members will often intreat him to spare their sick relatives, but only a few people openly choose to follow Feantur. There will often be a small shrine dedicated to him in the largest cities, or in areas where death is plentiful, but they will often go untended for years at a time. Crows and Ravens are often associated with his Sylvar, and thus are considered bad luck. If they are seen hanging around someone, it is assumed that death is nearby. Most often, those who dedicate their lives to Feantur claim to have had some encounter with him, and to owe him a debt. Some few paladins or clerics devote their lives to Feantur, and spend their time left hunting anything that corrupts the natural order of death.
The Sylvar of death are known by many names; Reapers, The Silent Stalkers, and Timekeepers, to name but a few. They appear in many forms, and are most often visible only to those whose time has come. They are shrouded in black and carry no weapon as they are often depicted, but instead rend the soul from the body with their touch, which is ice cold. They are not uncaring, but are bound to their purpose and cannot be bribed as so many have tried. They are said to actually appear in places before great tragedies and loss of life, and many such occurrences are actually transcribed in history. They are the only Sylvar that all mortals will eventually encounter.

Tenets of Faith
Death is inevitable. Time runs out for us all, and all come to the Silent Halls in the end.
Death is part of the natural order. Anything that seeks to reverse this is unnatural and corrupt, and must be destroyed.
Time marches on, Time heals all wounds, and all will be revealed in its natural course.
Death does not care about who you are, or where you come from. We are all equal in Death’s eyes.
You cannot escape your fate, but Fate is tricky and you may not know for sure what your fate is. Do not resign yourself to that you do not know for sure.
We do not know what is beyond the veil, but Death does. Do not despair, for there is something more beyond, and we are not done yet.
