The Scorched Fields
Home of the most forgiving environment known to Waugmala.
Geography
Located all around the West and South of Mount Sol Somnum, the Scorched fields are, by far, the most densely vegetated area in all of Waugmala. Sitting at the foot of Mount Sol Somnum, the Scorched fields are given their name due to the heat prevalent throughout the entire region and due to the brown and red grass covering the surface of the fields. Other flora are also able to grow within these fields such as trees, flowers and even fruit.
To the West of the Scorched fields, we can see the amazing and intimidating treeline that marks the beginning of the Cootkatou Region making for an impressive contrast to be sure. To the south, we find ourselves looking at the distant straights leading to the ocean on the horizon.
Natural Resources
Again, these fields serve as the biggest source of any life within the borders of Waugmala and even then, the edible matter is limited and bitter.
