Sweet cap mushroom
Often referred to as 'nature's little treats'.
Properties
Material Characteristics
A small rose-colored mushroom with a flat top and long thin stalk. Usually found in bunches of 3 to 5 caps.
Physical & Chemical Properties
This species of mushroom is very rare. Luckily, its bright pink color makes it easy to spot should you be lucky enough to actually spot one. The cap is covered in minuscule grains that shine if placed in direct sunlight. It is called a sweet cap because of its unique aroma and taste.
Biting into a sweet cap, you'll notice that the cap's surface has a satisfying rigid texture. And when breaking through this thin layer, the inside of the cap, as well as the stalk, are chewy and melt in your mouth.
Compounds
The sweet cap mushroom is not known to offer any nutritional benefits. Instead it is beloved because of its sugary taste and smell.
Geology & Geography
This species of mushroom is unique to the Torovaur Region and is highly desired by just about everyone. Funnily enough, the Burroden, whom are native to Torovaur, are not too keen on the sugary taste of this delicacy.
Life & Expiration
These tiny mushrooms can last close to two weeks after being picked.
