Mist lake
Called mist lake because of the high amounts of fog present in the area.
Geography
Mist lake is hidden in the Eastern part of the forest of Cootkatou. The lake is completely surrounded by the Region's signature dense vegetation making the water's surface seem as green as the rest of the woods thanks to the reflection the vivid colors of the trees and bushes nearby. That is if you can see anything through the thick fog that often shrouds everything around the lake in haze.
North-East from the center of the lake, the tranquil flowing waters of the Great river Nereinesis feeds into the lake and with it, the nourishing source of life which allows Cootkatou to prosper.
Down to the South-East of Mist lake, the waters exit and continue their voyage through the rest of the Region until they finally reach the sea.
