Highwall
The long stretch of elevated land separating the Regions of Middterh and Atlatoth is known as Highwall or sometimes 'the Highwall'. It earns its name due to the sudden shift of earth heading skyward for some 150 m. In the current year, a unique outpost more closely resembling its own city than a simple outpost serves as a way to get passed the Highwall. This outpost is officially named Con' Coggra, but is more widely known as 'the Gathering hub' since it has developed a reputation for attracting travelers the world over.
Highwall measures approximately 200 Km from North to South. At the Northern edge, the earth to the East gradually raises to meet the level of Highwall. Just past the edge of Highwall lies the triad crossroad which connects the three Regions of Atlatoth to the East, Middterh to the West and Heinddur to the North. To the south edge of Highwall, the tall cliffs connect to the unforgiving canyons that comprise the Senholdo Region. Even if the Highwall crosses into the Senholdo Region, once it reaches the canyons, it is then referred to as the Eastern wall.
Should you look to the West from Middterh, you will of course notice the Highwall and then the twin peaks of the mountain beyond it. It is no surprise that the name of Frontier mountain was chosen back in the day since it must have seen impossible to reach.
Geography
Highwall is more or less one long and continuous cliff side. While an impressive feat of nature, it would be wholly unremarkable and possibly a burden if it were not for the construction and popularity of the Gathering hub.
Natural Resources
Strangely enough, Highwall does have some unique resources. The problem is that they grow in the side of the cliff making them difficult to obtain. Highwall also has the world's strangest trees that grow horizontally from the cliffs. These are very small threes, almost bushes to be honest, but trees nonetheless. The cliff is a hot spot for birds and is estimated to house more than 1000 nests along the entire length of Highwall. Above and bellow the cliffs, we have common animals found throughout the Middterh region such as boars, elk, horses, etc.
