Arcanith

The Arcanith is as mysterious as it is malevolent. They always appear to be wearing long hooded attire concealing its entire bodies. It's silhouette often resembles a triangle or an arrow pointing skyward due to its pointed head and the sleeves of its robes being held up by its arms. At its base, the Arcanith does not appear to have any legs or feet, but a small tail is visible dangling from underneath instead. Its arms are occasionally visible depending on its movements. We can observe that they only have three digits serving as fingers. They are rarely seen without some sort of staff or cane in one of their hands. While their entire visage is covered, a thin slit allows their glowing, soul-piercing eyes to gaze at their surroundings. Finally, the Arcanith's robes have been observed to vary in colors though the reason for this is unknown. Perhaps it is to identify some sort of Hierarchy among them?

Arcaniths are quite elusive creatures. Though there have been sightings all over Terra, the number of sittings are few and far between and have almost exclusively been within remote locations far from any civilizations.

The Arcanith is noteworthy for its unseemly ability to perform magic. This seems to imply they are quite intelligent monsters. However, one theory suggests that this ability might be a more instinctual skill as opposed to a learnt ability. No studies to prove this theory have yet to surface however.
