Barbani Deities

(Note: Many of the Barbani deities are thought to truly be one of the Ten Deities or other minor deities in the core religion of Myria. But don't tell a Barbani that... ou might lose your head.)
  1. Aelwynn: The goddess of the moon and the night sky, associated with dreams, prophecy, and mysteries. Appears as a tall milky skinned woman wearing a cloak of wolf fur and eagle feathers.
  2. Branwen: The goddess of rivers, lakes, and water bodies, revered for her healing and purifying properties. Appears as a woman with blue skin and a fish's tail and startling luminescent green eyes.
  3. Cernan: The god of the hunt, known for his wild nature and fierce determination. He is often invoked by hunters seeking success and protection in the wilderness. He appears as a male centaur with deer's antlers carrying a long spear.
  4. Eilid: The goddess of the harvest and fertility, worshipped for bountiful crops and the abundance of nature. She is depicted as a naked beautiful woman with a crown of autumnal leaves and fruits.
  5. Gwydion: The god of war and valor, honored by warriors for his strength and tactical brilliance. He is believed to grant courage and protect those who fight in his name. He is depicted as a Storm Giant carrying a huge stone sword.
  6. Hilda: The goddess of hearth and home, revered as the guardian of family and domestic life. She is invoked for blessings of warmth, hospitality, and harmony within households. She appears as a smiling motherly woman in the simple garb of the tribe.
  7. Irmsul: The god of the earth and nature, symbolizing the stability and resilience of the land. He is associated with trees and forests, and his worship involves the veneration of sacred groves. He is depicted as a Satyr with brown fur dressed in a leafy vest.
  8. Lug: The god of craftsmanship and skill, celebrated for his mastery in various arts and trades. He is often invoked by artisans, blacksmiths, and craftsmen seeking inspiration and expertise. He is depicted as a Stone Giant with a massive hammer.
  9. Modron: The goddess of motherhood and fertility, revered as the protector of women and children. She is associated with nurturing, childbirth, and the cycles of life. She is depicted as an enormous woman dressed in white furs.
  10. Odran: The god of storms and thunder, known for his unpredictable nature and power over the elements. Sailors and seafarers often seek his favor to ensure safe voyages. Brother of Gwydion, god of war, he is also depicted as a Storm Giant.
  11. Rhiannon: The goddess of sovereignty and kingship, associated with leadership and the protection of the land. She is often depicted riding a white horse, wearing a golden crown, and is called upon for guidance in matters of governance.
  12. Thorrindag: The goddess of the hearth and fire, admired for her enchanting presence and the power to inspire the clan. She is often depicted as a huge Red Dragon or a woman dressed in red robes.
