The Elemental Plane

The elemental plane is the plane of existence in which the elemental cores are located. It connects to both the material world at its edges and The Highest Plane.  

The Elemental Cores

  There are four types of elemental cores that can produce the core elements of which the world is built. They can also be accessed by magic users by channelling energy from The Everchanging to produce the different types of magic in the material world. The elemental cores can be split and linked to a celestial core. When the link is broken, that fragment of the elemental core will simply merge with the main core of its type. The four types are, named by X. , the organic core, the fire core, the water core and the kinetic core.  

The Organic Core

  The organic core, also called earth core or plant core, is the elemental core that produces and manipulates earth, ground and everything that is considered 'alive' in the world, but not possessing an own will. It includes the manipulation of animals, plants and their remnants. It also includes corpses, but not living humans, presumably because the will living humans posses naturally keeps the elements of their bodies from being forcefully manipulated.The magic arts associated with the organic core are plant magic, ground magic, beast magic and necromancy.  

The Fire Core

  The fire core is the elemental core that produces and manipulates fire, light and all that is warm. The magic arts associated with it are pyromancy and colour magic.  

The Water Core

  The water core is the elemental core that produces and manipulates water, ice and all that is cold. The magic arts associated with it are water magic, ice magic and weather magic (partially).  

The Kinetic Core

  The kinetic core, also called the wind core, is the elemental core that produces and manipulates the possibility to move. The magic arts associated with it are wind magic, dynamic magic and weather magic (partially).
