Belief of the One Light

Main religious tradition in Myr. Also called the belief of Light or the belief of the One. The belief is centred around the idea that life, order and the good is created by the Essence of Light, also called the One. 'Light' magic is believed to be derived from this Essence and is considered to be the only just type of magic humans are supposed to practice. 'Dark' magic is derived from the Absence of Light and thus by death, chaos and the bad. Consequently, it should be avoided or even forbidden according to some interpretations of the belief. The main institutions practising variants of the belief of the One are: Church of Light, the The Church of Bright and the Thrythian Understanding of the One Light .
