Spectator

Spectators are beholderkin, native to Mechanus, the clockwork domain. Spectators are five-eyed philosophical creatures, oft summoned to serve as watchful guardians.   Spectators have 3-4ft bodies, weighing around 250lbs. They have four eyestalks - two on each side of their head, as opposed to the typical ten of a normal beholder. A spectator's skin is thick, lumpy, and rubbery, with numerous blood vessels visible on the surface. Like regular beholders, they have a single eye in the middle of their bodies.   Spectators are vigilant and trustworthy, and can be relied upon to protect items in all but the most dire situations. They are oftem employed by the religious orders of Helm, watching over their temples as guardians, almost as vigilant as the Guardian God himself.
