Tactics

They are known for their excellence in withstanding sieges and are comfortable behind thick stone walls, flinging volleys of holy fire and stones at oncoming armies, then charging the enemies as they near the keep, too close to retreat, too far to be a threat to those in the keep.

Training

Potential recruits go though gruelling initial training and will remain as initiates for many years until having fully proved themselves - promotion to Knight isn't based on time but by one's actions. The initial training and promotion from Aspirant to Neophyte takes months, but promotion from Neophyte to Initiate takes years. Neophytes fight together, led by promising Initiates, while Initiate fight together, lead by Knights.
