Belidrattle

At the heart of the supernatural forest along the west bank of the river lies the city of Belidrattle. From here the goddess Thyliase directly leads her people from the Gnomes and Wood Elves who settle in the city itself to the Sprites and Firbolgs who call the deepest parts of the forest their home. It is said that the people of Belidrattle live in perfect harmony with the forest around them under the careful guidance of their goddess, but as very few outsiders have ever been allowed entry a thick fog of myth and rumour obscures the settlement. Such is Thyliase's influence over the forest that most who innocently attempt to traverse it somehow find that they never end up more than a few minutes away from where they entered, while those she considers to hold darker intentions are never heard from again. This is not to say that the people of the forest are isolationist however, as any half-decent merchant will confirm that they can often be found in the settlements dotted around Thyliase's domain trading for metals, fabrics and farmed crops - but never meat.
