Khavri

Khavri (also sometimes called dwarves by the humans and elves of the north.) are a stout race of warlords who rule the vast empire of Kavria Ladra on the southern continent. They have warred with both the elves and humans in the long past. The ostensible leader of the Khavri is the Talashar, the Terrestrial Emperor as the humans call him. He has a beard that is many sizes bigger than himself and it is covered in decorative crests, braids and other adornment to signify the many, many dwarven states he rules over.   Khavri are rarely found in Orlessia, they tend to stick by their clans in the south but some wander the lands of the north trading their wares and knowledge, either drunk with wanderlust or exiled from Khavria Ladra.
