Free Human

Humanity stands as overlords over Orlessia, the vast land once ruled by the Arlathian Elven Kingdoms. Long ago, humanity was enslaved by the elves until the powerful human mages of Orlessia, the bastion of free humanity led by the Lord of Fire, Andaros decimated the eleven kingdoms and tore them down through fire and war.
Afterwards, the elves were all subjugated under the Orlessian Empire for a biref period before the death of Andaros after which a great schism occurred between his children and allies. The Andaran Empire was formed by one of Anadaros' sons after his murder while Andaros' brother, Tristan eventually fled east and he and his allies formed what are now The Orlessian Kingdoms.
  Humanity stands divided, but remains as the main power in the known world.
  Humans from the Orlessian Kingdoms while skilled with magic, are more industrious than the humans of the Andaran Empire who zealously revel in mage supremacy, so much so that it has led the Orlessian Kingdoms to be wary and outright paranoid about mages within their borders. Andaran mages are the highest tier of the Andaran Caste system and are commonly called Blessed.
