Dellian

Dellians, (commonly called Goblins by the humans usually as a derogatory term), are a curious race from the mushroom marshes of Dellosh Valley. They are short in stature but ingenious and usually have a deep connection with nature. Collaborative by nature, their "Kingdom of the Dellians" has no monarch, but is instead ruled by committee. This discrepancy has never been explained but it is theorized that the Dellians called thier nation as such in order to ingratiate themselves with their more regal neighbors.
Dellians from the Dellosh Valley could be categorized as Marsh Dellians^{(Forest Gnome)}, while the Dellians who have left the valley and adapted the cultural norms of the "tallers" are called Orlessian Dellians^{(Rock Gnome)}.   Orlessian Dellians are much more mercantile minded, and sell Dellian Gunpowder amongst other Dellosh Valley specialities, but tend to take advantage of the people outside of the Valley's lack of knowledge and sometimes overpromise the capabilities of the crafts that originate from there or even claim their wares are from there, even if they're not.
