Arlathian Elf

Arlathian Elves, often referred to as High Elves, still dwell in what were once their kingdoms centuries ago, they have scant remnants of their culture left, except for the Revivalists of Demria and have a decent aptitude for magic and charisma. They have partially assimilated to life under humanity but still have striven to retain their own culture and way of life.
  Arlathians tend to look down on the elves who had fled to the Riads, the great forests, of Orlessia in order to escape humanity. They view the escape to the woods to be the deed of cowards or the weak-willed, instead viewing thier own path of quiet resistance to be a superior tactic in the long run, but nonetheless, there are always tales of an Arlathian, too broken by the human systems and repression who seek the freedom the Riads offer.
