Jannah Nirvana Engel (a.k.a. Vannah)
Mental characteristics
Not much is known about Nirvana and her past, besides that her mother left her at a very young age out of hatred birthing a child that she did not want to bear. Nirvana grew up with the guilt of being a burden, thus wanted to dedicate her life with Anathema to destroying the Ustarian government in order to free magic. However, in order to do this, they would need to slay many people and get a notoriety in order to begin to be hunted by the Warrior Unit so that they could pick them off one by one.
Though her journey has been one that has not been entirely just, making herself out to be a villain, she is aware that the atrocities that she's committed is unforgivable even by divine standards. She does not wish to have a happy ending and does not wish to find inner peace, rather she is just spiteful to the Ustarian government for their oppression. Their oppressive rule reminds her of the guilt that oppresses her every time that she is reminded of her mother.
Nirvana identifies as a woman.
Nirvana's sexuality is mostly unknown, though it is believed that she is pansexual.
Nirvana is self educated and excels at the Common language and mathematics while also being taught how to fight and use her Curse by Anathema.
Nirvana has never been employed and rather is the founder of the Shadow Oath, making money from the bounties, hits, and murders she commits with Anathema.
The biggest accomplishment that Nirvana has achieved is getting the attention of the Northern-Governor of Ustaria due to the large amount of murders and attacks she has done with Anathema both on political figures, military, and other important figures relevant to the Ustarian rule.
Nirvana often thinks back to when she accepted the Curse in order to achieve more power, yet feels that it is somehow cheating. Often she believes that it was a detriment to her mind and her relationship with Anathema which she fears she may never get back.
Her biggest memory that turmoil's her is the day that her mother left, leaving Nirvana with the words: "I wish that they yanked you before you spilled out of me."
Though she often shows herself to be perverted and flirtatious often to fool people, she can be very calculated and insightful when it comes to many problems. Getting her problem solving skills and critical thinking from her prowess in the Common language and mathematics.
Nirvana believes that freedom is something that needs to have blood spilled for it. No matter the individual, no matter the circumstances, if there are people that oppress and keep others down, they must have their blood spilled in order for there to be true peace.
